Hotel is a little gem in the center of Bangkok. It is a 7-10 minutes walk to Khao San Road, but in a very quite area. There is a 7 eleven store few steps away and a good restaurant across the street. The Hop on hop off bus station is also near (at Khao San area), so it is very convinient for sightseeing of Bangkok. The owners are very nice and helpful people, rooms and the whole hotel are kept very clean. Breakfast is good, and in the common/dining room you can have tea, coffee, various fruits and snacks any time of the day/night for free. Also bottles of water are free to take. As we had two rainy days during our stay, we have ordered food on Grab and then had our meal in the dining room using utensiles of the hotel. We had a beautiful, spacious, large room with a terrace overlooking the canal where you can spot many fishes, just a nice view for relaxing. There is also a nice, small garden in front of the dining room, so one can enjoy sitting there near the canal. Internet is excelent. Air conditioner is also good, and beds are big and very comfortable. We strongly recommend this hotel as it is like a oasis in the jungle of Bangkok. P.S. just to mention that this part of Bangkok is not connected with Bangkok metro

Really clean and quiet hotel very close to lots of eating places. Grand Palace / Wat Pho etc are all within walking distance as are lots of other interesting and less visited temples, and the Khaosan road night market area is also easily walkable in the evening. The breakfast is excellent- it is a well stocked buffet with cooked food (rice, noodles, sausages, pork dumplings etc), bread, jams, cereals, fruits etc. The room we had was exactly as it appears in the photos, and was well equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee, toiletries etc and the staff are very friendly. Although it is not far from bars / clubs etc, this hotel is quiet - it isn't a party hostel.

I LOVED this place and wish I'd booked a longer stay in Bangkok just so that I could enjoy sleeping there for longer. The dorm was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I could hardly hear the road from inside, that's so rare! There's a large storage locker which fits everything, and you're provided with a key to lock it. The "capsule" has standing room, and there's a screen for privacy. The dorm and its bathroom were really clean, and there were free water bottles for guests. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. The old town is walking distance, and there are eateries and smoothie places just around the corner. Walking by the river was lovely.

I have been going to this place every time I come to Bangkok. The staff is super lovely, the place is clean, nice and comfy and the rate includes a DIY breakfast with many snacks available for free all day and night in the common room (which also has a table you can use to work online). The location is great and quiet. Today I had to leave for the airport at 7pm for a long flight to Africa and, even though check out is at midday, they let me use the space and the bed until 7pm free of charge. I can only say good things about the hotel and the people who work there. I will be going back soon!

quiet location set back from the road, comfortable room with good amenities (mini bar fridge etc), the buffet breakfast is fabulous, good wifi, very clean room and property, good hot water and shower pressure, small balcony, great security inc video cameras across the property, fast elevator to upper floors
